Scott Kleinknecht
Chief Executive Officer
Scott started his business career in 1983 in the answering service business. Since that time he has built many successful businesses in a variety of customer acquisition verticals and is applying those skills to lead Energy Zebra. He’s most passionate about employing exceptional people and watching them become successful. His other hobbies include long-distance bike riding, golf, pickleball, and paddleboarding.
Ellen Kleinknecht
Chief Financial Officer
Ellen has been involved in business enterprises going back to 1983. She has helped build many successful businesses and sees the need for the unique proposition that Energy Zebra can provide. Ellen loves the challenge of being CFO of a company that protects so many businesses and consumers from inflated energy prices. When she’s not collaborating with her team, she’s playing pickleball, paddling with her dragon boat team, gardening, or reading.
Deborah Liebel
President
Deb has been on a mission for the last 21 years to protect business and consumer energy costs, but she’s been building and growing organizations for longer than that. As part-owner and President, she’s always on the hunt to improve herself professionally through certified training and national seminars. She enjoys providing those same opportunities for development to her employees and loves watching her team exceed and grow professionally. If she’s not protecting business and consumer energy costs, she’s probably playing with her seven loveable grandchildren.
Dave Kington
Partner
Dave brings over 35 years’ experience building and growing sales channels with the past 20 years spent in the energy industry. All of his time in energy has been spent working for the major retailers and as a result is very familiar with all electric and natural gas products and markets across the US. His mission has been to raise the acquisition bar through innovative sales tactics that create a “best in class” customer experience. He will continue this focus at Energy Zebra while paying close attention to regulatory compliance, call monitoring and coaching sales people for the ultimate customer experience.
